The program provides our customers with an analysis of energy consumption and recommendations on energy efficiency improvements. The Home Energy Check will help you identify and evaluate cost-effective energy-saving measures for your home.

Online Home Energy Check

This Web-based energy check enables you to quickly answer common questions regarding your energy usage and provides a full range of personalized recommendations for managing your energy costs. You will receive specific recommendations for your household with detailed approaches for better managing your energy use and saving money. Your analysis will also include an automatic download of your actual electric bill history.

Register with Progress Energy

In order to transact business or view account-specific information, you must register to authenticate your identity. Your security and privacy are important.  Registration allows us to identify you as our customer.  You will only need to register with Progress Energy once.

To register with Progress Energy you will need:

• Your account number
• Your PIN
